BIEL Light + Building Buenos Aires 2025 continues to deliver a full schedule of learning, innovation, and networking. This Friday, the main players of the sector took part in various activities aimed at fostering growth and professional development.

One of the highlights was the presentation titled “Cable Selection: The Invisible Risk in Electrical Installations,” held within the framework of the Exhibitors’ Conference. David Palavecino, representative of AAIERIC, provided an overview of cable construction features and emphasized the importance of adhering to technical standards to ensure safe, functional, and efficient electrical installations.

This Saturday, AAIERIC will once again play a leading role by hosting one of the final rounds of the “Technical–Electrical Challenge – AEA 90364 Compliance and Training.” This initiative, held as part of Electrician Installer Week, takes place throughout the four days of the exhibition and brings a competitive and educational spirit to the fair.

Another major session on Friday was “From Consumer to Protagonist: How to Generate and Manage Your Own Energy – AEA 90364-8-82: Low-Voltage Electrical Installations for Prosumers.” Organized by AEA, the conference was led by Julio C. Durán, Research Consultant at the Solar Energy Department of CNEA and Professor at UNSAM’s School of Science and Technology. He explained how self-consumption and surplus energy sales can contribute to reducing electricity service costs.

As part of the CADIEEL Training Sessions, Claudio Bulacio, General Manager of ADEERA, gave the presentation “The Future of Power Distribution,” addressing different projections and opportunities for the development of electricity distribution in Argentina.

Throughout the day, the leading brands in the industry showcased their latest products and solutions in the exhibition halls of La Rural. In the Demonstration Area, companies demonstrated the proper use of their products to visitors, providing hands-on learning experiences. This initiative also included participation from ExpoFerretera 2025 exhibitors, whose event is held simultaneously at La Rural.

This Saturday, during the fourth and final day, the exhibition will continue offering activities and business opportunities worthy of a fair that, edition after edition, consolidates its position as a benchmark for the industry across the region.
