From 22 to 25 October, the public will be able to access a comprehensive vision of the trends that mark current lighting. The space, curated by the specialized journalist Marcela Fibbiani of 90+10, will bring together nine companies dedicated to the production of high-quality luminaires.
Espacio LuminAR returns completely renovated, highlighting a selection of design pieces led by Argentine artists, designers and architects. The exhibition emphasizes technological innovation and the diversity of materialities used by enterprises that choose to produce entirely in the country, consolidating Argentina as a benchmark in the creative lighting scene .
This is the case of Doña 3D, which will exhibit its lamps made with FDM printing technology using biodegradable material. It is followed by Estepa, which will show designs with a strong socio-environmental commitment; its discarded materials are transformed into elements with character, texture and a powerful message: that what others discard, can be light. With extensive experience in design, Oblumo will present luminaires made of turned cedar wood from reforestation forests, combined with glass and metals.
For its part, Fiumine uses materials such as porcelain, ceramics, iron and blown glass to create lamps that highlight and enrich the space. iMdi aims to generate friendly and comfortable environments, designing unique experiences through light with a refined and contemporary design. For its part, Lämmin will exhibit luminaires that fuse craftsmanship with contemporary technologies, standing out for their constructive resolution.
Coming from Cordoba, Indigo Lumieres will show high-performance luminaires , with a catalog of standardized products of variable sizes and the development of customized parts. Mags Design will exhibit its designs and productions of decorative luminaires, where they prioritize quality, innovation and the transformation of spaces. Finally, Manfroni, guided by minimalism and with a hand-finished finish, creates lamps and lighting solutions that stand out for their artisanal design and high engineering.
The nine brands drive the national industry, making each piece with dedication and precision. In addition, they will share their experiences in the Cycle of Conferences, in the talk entitled: "Designing and manufacturing light in Argentina", on Thursday, October 23 at 5 p.m. in the Open Auditorium.
